Caitlin is absolutely fantastic. Our insurance expired right before a storm was about to rile in and she worked the weekend to make sure we had coverage. She even found us a lower rate than we had before, somehow, while everyone else’s has been going up! A true professional, and just genuinely good person. We could’ve been in serious trouble if she didn’t go above and beyond what would have been reasonable of us to expect from her.

I recently moved back to the area and not only did they save me thousands of dollars from a different quote i had from another company, they bent over backwards to get my insurance re-instated after the title company and bank didn't process the payment on time. It makes a pretty stellar company to take care of things on Christmas Eve. I appreciate their efforts so much!

Where do I start? We've had our homeowners insurance with Great Florida Insurance since July, 2020 when we bought our home. Our insurance, as it often does for everyone in Florida, goes up and we have to shop around for the best policy and affordable price. This year we were notified that our insurance was going up quite considerably, so we started shopping around to see what was available to us. We started this process in June, 2024. We reviewed policies that Bruce and Caitlin Love found for us, but ultimately decided to go with a completely different agent and insurance policy. This was a HUGE mistake, and it turned out to be a colossal nightmare. Long story short, Bruce emailed me on a Friday afternoon to let me know my 'new' agent called him regarding my old policy that she had already canceled. Bruce Love had no obligation to reach out to me, but he did and I'm very glad that he did. It turns out my 'new' agent wrote a policy that never should've been written, and our new insurance company canceled our insurance due to a Challenger Electrical Panel, which they won't write policies if you have one. Bruce and Caitlin Love spent that Sunday working to secure us new homeowners insurance, AND rectified the mess the other agent created. They both went above and beyond in assisting us, even after we left their agency, and made sure our home was covered at the 11th hour. I cannot speak more positive about Bruce and Caitlin Love, and their willingness to work diligently for their clients. For them to answer my calls throughout the weekend, secure us a good homeowners policy at the 11th hour, and with a decent premium speaks volumes about their work ethic, and how they care about their clients. If you are searching for a new insurance policy and/or agency, and reading this review, you really should contact Bruce and Caitlin Love with Great Florida Insurance.

They were able to get us the most cost effective HOI/flood policy for the "new to us" home and found us an even deeper discount if we paid the flood policy in full. Yay! With the yearly rate hikes, it was a relief to find a much lower rate with matched coverage and half the deductible through an A+ rated company. It was like stepping back in time. We had been with the same agency for over 15 years and we received quotes from 5 others ironically quoting the same company, We have shopped around through the years and they all quote around the same until now. A substantial difference. He worked fast, patient and eased the anxiety that Florida homeowners ins can illicit. I cant say enough great things about them and how GRATEFUL I am to the other reviewers. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Bruce and company, for easing the process, caring and making it affordable again.
